  I passed by a couple of months ago when they were still working on the place and the doors were open. Right behind the storefront looking facade was a residential looking kitchen. So strange! I hope the owner writes in and explains!

  I checked out that unit when Corcoran held an open house. It is a pretty ugly unit with an open studio like first floor (a section of it is considered the bedroom) and the basement is finished but again, it is just one big room.

  I can’t believe someone bought it, it was priced at close to 500k too.
