Two new Italian restaurants are allegedly coming to the area!
#1: Myrtle Ave next to Joseph Tyler salon.
From reader: They had the door open when I was walking by and they seem to have the makings of a bar in the right-front of the space and it looks like they are planning to have an outdoor space in the back!
#2: The space underneath Lucky Lotus yoga on DeKalb, which used to be a real estate agency, is also slated to become an Italian restaurant.

The below Luck Lotus that used to be TB Realty is going to be a coffee bar.
Any info on what is moving into the old Planet Pleasure spot on 527 Myrtle? DOB BIS pages seems to point at a bar or restaurant (non cabaret).
Yes, just found out that the owners are two European guys and I think they’ve changed their mind a couple of times but it’s now slated to be a European-style cafe.
The spot under Lucky Lotus is a cafe. I saw it open this morning on my way down Dekalb. A few pastries, some coffee. No Italian food.
