Easy Being Greene and Brownstoner have posted about the new restaurant opening on the corner of Cumberland and Lafayette (once rumored to become a 7-11 and/or a Thai restaurant). Just wanted to give my two cents: I’m really psyched about this place, since it’s something NEW and not another French restaurant.

I dont see why there is so much surprise at an African restaurant opening in Ft Greene. Have you been down Dekalb Ave? Carlton Ave? I wish them as much success as the others.
