I stopped into Barking Brown on Saturday morning while running errands to check them out. The store is filled with VERY reasonably priced goods — knit hats, cool tote bags, jewelry and t-shirts. If you need some affordable holiday gifts for the trendy people in your life, I suggest checking them out.
Plus, they were actually open around 10 am! On a Saturday! Big ups for the convenience factor.

We stopped in the other night. They have some nice stuff!
Very friendly, too. And they were giving away cookies (always the way to my heart).
I must say I was less than impressed. Seemed kinda pointless. But maybe I was just in a serious mood. I asked the owners what the “theme” of the place was and they looked at me blankly. But it could have been a language barrier.
Definitely gives a new appearance to the neighborhood there. Haven’t gone in yet but spotted some goodies in the window. Looks really nice.

It looks decent. I bought a knit hat for my nephew. It could use more local products. I’m not sure if its related to barkingbrown online site ( I can’t make site work to see).
As to what it is: clothing and accessories, mainly accessories.
