In 28 neighborhoods across Brooklyn, restaurants will be serving some of their best dishes during Brooklyn’s restaurant week from March 24–31, 2008.
More than 175 restaurants will offer 3-course, prix-fixe meals for just $23.00. Choose from the list of participating restaurants and call to reserve your table.

A month or two ago, I was in the Hole In The Wall deli on Greene and Grand, and I overheard one African-American man say to his friend: “Yeah, man, you were born in Bed-Stuy, but you live in Clinton Hill now!”
I know that they aren’t listed, but Speakeasy has the BEST cheeseburger ANYWHERE. Totally worth going off the diet for. Fries are pretty damn good too. . .
Soule is in Clinton Hill.
The boarders are: Flushing and Atlantic, Franklin and Vanderbilt.

Yeah, June’s been closed alot. No wonder – with all the bad reviews. I feel sorry for those that venture in and those that work there.
Classon, not Franklin, is the Eastern border of Clinton Hill. Just because people started calling Clinton Hill Bed Stuy in the 1960s when they moved into the neighborhood doesn’t mean the historical neighborhood name is not correct (references to which can be found in 19th century Brooklyn newspapers).
Why didn’t Speakeasy join in the fun? Seems strange.

Interesting that Olea and Maggie Brown are participating, but Pequena is not.
