I’ve seen it twice now — a white car with yellow lights on top bearing a sign that says Clinton-Washington Neighborhood Patrol.
The car is operated by Command Security Corporation, which is the private security company for the Clinton Hill Co-Ops. I’m told they will be patrolling near the co-ops, as well as a few other complexes in the area. They’ll be driving around as well as checking up on guards.
I hope the route includes Waverly after dark to fend off car break-ins, and after school hours.

Speaking of seeing white cars driving around the neighborhood, has anyone else spotted the black and white van advertising Crack Heads Gone Wild 4 on the side door? I’ve seen it twice now in the past 2 weeks. It’s quite a sight.
good. hopefully this means there will be no more guards sleeping and/or hanging with their “crowds of friends” in the booths anymore in the Clinton Hill Coops (like was the norm with the previous security company).

Its funny how all of a sudden Clinton hill gets patrol watching, drug busts, street pavements, etc now when drugs have been up and down fulton st. for years. I really hate to speak upon a touchy subject but I have to voice my opinion! All of a sudden since caucasians moved into the neighborhood more and more, now the city wants to “clean up” the neighborhood! Its a damn shame it takes that to clean up a neihborhood. Hey, I guess it still exists!
