I suspect that several neighbors were towed during all of the Clinton Avenue construction that’s been going on lately.
Looks like they’ll be finishing up this week (beware with parking!). This makes me wonder why they clearly never do this kind of thing over on Nostrand Avenue (seriously, have you ever driven down that potholed crap street?!).

I totally agree. They need to pave Nostrand as well as Franklin and Grand Ave too. Maybe they have plans to do so as they have done Bedford Ave and St James Place. St James is great. They paved from Park Ave to the end.
they repaved hall too
I just want to compliment you on your use of the phrase “potholed crap street”. I can’t put my finger on it but I like the cut of its jib.
Also need to do Sand leading to the Brooklyn Bridge. That area is a MESS!
hall is the same as st. james.
can i just say this seemed like a waste of money. I didnt think Clinton Ave was in such bad shape it even needed repaving…
I totally agree about the comment for repaving Nostrand! And don’t get me started on the entire block between Classon and Nostrand on Lafayette!
lesterhead, what kind of camera do you use? Takes great photos : )
Unbelievable – the city is making an effort to fix one problem and you still find SOMETHING to whine about. You really need to go to the suburbs and live on a cul-de-sac where everything is honky-dory
Here’s an idea – lose the car and use mass transit – oh wait you bitch and moan about that too.
Walking maybe? Nope, too much of a prima dona for that.

im happy if they fix something that needs fixing, repaving Clinton to me seemed like a waste of money and resources.
ps no car, rely on mass transit and walking.
