Little House on Clinton, the tasty chicken-and-waffle joint on Clinton north of Myrtle, has been closed for months. It always looked busy during the after-lunch timeslot, and the service was friendly and welcoming. So what happened? Was this another casualty to the economy? Back to Mike’s Coffee Shop for my chicken and waffle fix.

This place closed at least two months ago
Brown Betty Cafe on Grand Ave off Fulton St is the place for Chicken and Waffles but they open on Fri to Sun only. Also Ruthies Sunrise onMyrtle off Emerson serves the best chicken and waffles in these parts.
To neighbor…the place has been closed for at least 3 months. I’m thinking you needed to love it a little bit more if you were hoping it was going to stick aroun.
I know…don’t knock it till’ you try it…but I just dont get it. Chicken & waffles ? How about Pork chops & hot cross buns anyone ?
