Arrest Made in Cabbie Case!

A 19-year-old woman was arrested for shooting the cab driver in the face last week.  More info here. Hopefully she'll be held very accountable for believing that a $9.80 cab fare was worth ruining / taking a life.

She couldn't have just run away without paying?  What the fuck was she thinking?!
