Still for Rent

Choice Greene must be super close to opening by now, but the storefront next door (Greene just west of Grand) remains available for rent!  I think this is where I first heard the brick oven pizzeria rumor, but I guess whatever it was fell through.

Could be a good opportunity as more amenities sprout up here.
