Pleasant Stay Hotel

This hotel on Classon is right near the infamous Lefferts Hotel.  A quick Google search seems to imply that this place is more of the same, but I haven't ever heard anything about it locally.

Anyone stayed here?  Is it, in fact, pleasant?
