Shooting on Monroe bt Franklin and Classon

This just in from a reader: There was a shooting (another one!) on monroe street between franklin and classon.  The cops are all over the street.  There's a helicopter looking for suspects? Does anyone know about this?  I think a child or teenager was killed.

Anyone have any info?
