Porn Building Reuse

Several readers emailed me last week to find out what's up in the old porn store space on Myrtle, which is being worked on and has received an exterior paint job:

Reader comments in the Italian Restaurant post indicate that the space is slated to become a European-style cafe.  (What does that mean?  "European-style."  Guess we'll see soon enough.)
