Location: St. James at Gates

This is definitely one of the MOST haunted spots in Clinton Hill. This place looks just about ready to collapse into a pile of dust. Wonder who owns it, or if there are squatters inside. If someone had a LOT of money and a LOT of time, this could be a great project.
